Herbeys Gifts is a small family business based in Carmarthen , West Wales which is managed entirely by Helen and Nigel Herbert. The business was established in 1996 and focuses upon new , traditional and unique gift ideas.
Service
We endeavour to provide a fast and friendlygift service at all times to all our customers. We do not have any fancy terms and conditions and only seek to help people find suitable gifts for family , friends and workmates on those special occasions. For this reason we want every one to have a 100% satisfaction when purchasing gifts from our site and if for any reason a purchaser is not satisfied with a product received from us all we ask is that it is returned within a reasonable time - we think 14 days is suitable - and we will make a full refund of monies spent.
Postage
Orders received are posted as soon as possible Monday to Friday up to 4 pm and Saturday up to 11-30am. If you want to be sure of a delivery date or current stock please ring us on 01267-238312. We mail our products worldwide.
